Joseph Williams, the son of John Williams, the legendary film composer and actress Barbara Ruick from 1950s, takes over Fergie Frederiksen as lead singer. Joseph Williams is a natural frontman, and gives the band a much-needed boost.
The band releases Mindfields in 1999, and then embarks on a massive worldwide tour. After a few weeks in Europe The band then travels to Japan for sold-out shows.
